Brioche base, buttered and toasted on the flat-top until the cut face goes glassy. It has to hold everything without going soft.

Off the press

A cold tortilla hits the press for eight seconds. Warm enough to fold, never so hot it cracks.

    Grilled chicken, garlic mayo, cucumber, onion, lettuce & signature NE4 sauce. Served with fries & sauce dip.

The NE4 kitchen

NE4 started with one stubborn idea: a burger in Lahore should be as good as a burger anywhere. Not a novelty. Not a photo. Just a properly cooked patty, in a bun that can carry it, handed over hot.

We opened at Amanah Mall with a short menu and a flat-top we refuse to turn down. Everything on the board earned its place — the smash, the wraps rolled to order, the buttermilk chicken that took us months to get right. If a dish can't hold its own, it doesn't make the board.

No shortcuts, no freezer-to-fryer compromises, no sauce out of a catering drum. Come in, watch it get built, eat it standing up if you have to.

Fresh, every service

Produce is prepped the morning of. Lettuce shredded to order, tomatoes cut thick, nothing sitting in a tub from yesterday.

Cooked in front of you

Open kitchen, no heat lamps, no holding trays. If it's on your tray it came off the flat-top in the last four minutes.

Sauces made in-house

Garlic herb mayo and the signature NE4 sauce are mixed here, in small batches. That's the part we don't sell the recipe for.
